THE FOLLOWING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION FORM:
1. Certified Copy of an Unabridged Birth Certificate
2. Certified Copy of the Clinic card (Proof of Immunisation)
3. ORIGINAL copy of School Report (where applicable)
4. Copy of Proof of Residence
5. Copy of Proof of Income
6. Certified copy of both parents' Identity Document
Applications are accepted ONLY with submission of ALL relevant certified documentation.
We also require an EDUCATOR RECOMMENDATION For Grade 1 - 7 Applications ONLY.
Download the document and send it to your son's current school for his educator to fill in. The school can send the completed form to us directly.
We offer WEEKLY Boarding ONLY
An Application does not guarantee entry into Queen's College Boys' Primary School.
