A group of 30 prefects and monitors, under the guidance of the Headmaster, Mr Richard Second, the Deputy Headmaster, Mr Colin Hartley and the Head of Department, Mr Mathews Koshy, hold a one-day workshop on Leadership skills at Roydon Game farm just outside Queenstown. This outing had as its aim, the consolidation of their leadership skills as individuals as well as a group and the programme consisted of teamwork activities, the roles and responsibilities of junior leaders, the seven c's of communication and goal-setting for the second semester. Much has been learnt over the past six months and the activities enjoyed at the workshop will further help the boys to perform their duties with greater skill and enjoyment. Being in a leadership position at a junior school is not an easy task and the day certainly will go a long way in helping the boys to cope with the various situations that they find themselves.
