Queen's College prides itself on its commitment to foster the happiness, well-being and productivity of every pupil by providing a caring environment in which the needs of all pupils are given top priority.
Each standard is under the guidance of a Grade Head whose function is to monitor the adjustment and progress of the boys and to liaise with staff, parents, the School Counsellor, the Headmaster and Housemasters on all matters concerning the welfare of pupils. The school provides parents with regular feedback about their sons through newsletters, reports, telephone contact, and personal interviews.
